Ryan M. Aboud, an experienced attorney with almost 20 years of general counsel, litigation and appellate experience, serves clients in South Florida, including St. Lucie, Palm Beach, Broward, Miami-Dade and Monroe Counites. Mr. Aboud provides general, covenant enforcement, collection, foreclosure, litigation and appellate counsel to the Firm’s condominium, homeowner association and cooperative clients. Mr. Aboud also provides general, litigation and appellate counsel to the Firm’s Real Estate clients, including commercial, industrial and residential real estate holding companies and investors.
Mr. Aboud obtained his Bachelor of Commerce in 2002 from the John Molson School of Business at Concordia University in Montreal, Canada. In 2003, Mr. Aboud relocated to Florida to attend law school at Nova Southeastern University. Mr. Aboud graduated in 2006 and was admitted to the Florida bar immediately thereafter that same year. Mr. Aboud has been working in the same area of law since 2005 when he worked as a clerk while attending law school. Mr. Aboud subsequently became a shareholder of a medium-sized firm and, in October 2022, left to commence practice as a sole practitioner.
As an experienced sole practitioner, Mr. Aboud is in a position to control the work that comes out of his office and offer personalized and quality legal services at reasonable rates. Mr. Aboud personally handles all legal matters and the Firm’s clients do not get referred to different attorneys with whom the clients have no relationship.
